RETURNS
If your product is unused or damaged, you can return it within 30 days without having to provide a reason. Contact us with your email address or order number via the contact options on the “Contact Us” page to initiate a refund. Return conditions may vary by country, so please indicate your country of residence when making your request.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the steps to follow for the return. All returns must be sent to our returns center in Australia. Be sure to mark the package as a return to avoid additional customs fees.

EXCHANGES
At Fromflinders , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange a product, we have a simple exchange policy. You can exchange your item within 30 days of receipt if the size or item does not fit you.

LOST ORDER
We are not responsible for packages lost before receipt. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and keeping it until the return is processed.
REFUNDS
We will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. The refund may take some time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Due to our use of SSL certificate, we can only refund to the original payment method.
