If your product is unused or damaged, you can return it within 30 days without having to provide a reason. At Lumina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange a product, we have a simple exchange policy. You can exchange your item within 30 days of receipt if the size or item does not fit you.

LOST ORDER
We are not responsible for packages lost before receipt. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and keeping it until the return is processed.

REFUNDS
